Refund & Withdrawal Policy

How cancelling, withdrawing and refunds work for paid Ink-It plans. It is part of the Terms of Service.

Version 2026-10-12. Written in plain language; not a substitute for legal advice.

The short version

You can cancel a plan at any time; it then runs to the end of the period you paid for.

If you buy on the web as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. Because your plan starts right away, the time you have already used is deducted, and the rest is refunded.

Purchases in the Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google, not by us.

Cancelling (any time)

Web: open the plan page, choose “Manage billing” and cancel. In the apps: cancel the subscription in your store account (Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Google Play: Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the plan until the period you paid for ends; the fee for that period is not refunded when you cancel in the middle of it, unless the sections below apply. Your data is kept and stays readable and exportable; only creating new things above the Free limits stops.

Right of withdrawal (14 days) — purchases on the web

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase made on the website within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts the day the contract is made. For a plan with a free trial it starts when the trial begins.

To withdraw, tell us clearly before the period ends — an email to support.lenfi@lenfi.uk with the email address of your account and what you bought is enough, and you can use the sample form below. Sending the message in time is enough.

Sample withdrawal form: “I withdraw from the contract I made to buy the Ink-It plan [name] on [date] with the account [email].” Name, address (if you want a postal reply), date, signature on paper only.

Your plan starts at once — what that means for a withdrawal

A plan is a digital service that starts as soon as you have paid. At checkout you ask us to start right away and you accept that if you withdraw, you pay for the part of the service already provided until you told us of the withdrawal, in proportion to the full price.

In practice: we refund what you paid minus the share for the days the plan was already active. If you withdraw in the first days of a month, you get back most of it; for a yearly plan, you get back the larger part of the year. If the service has been used in full before you withdraw, there is nothing to refund. If you did not clearly ask us to start right away, no deduction is made.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days after we received your withdrawal. We do not charge a fee for it.

Refunds beyond the legal minimum

Mistakes happen. If a plan was renewed and you did not mean to continue, write to us within 14 days of the charge and have not used the plan since the renewal: we then refund the renewal. We also refund a payment that was charged twice, or taken after a cancellation that went through in time, and a plan that did not switch on — or we switch it on.

These refunds are a voluntary courtesy on top of your legal rights. We look at every request individually and may say no to obvious abuse.

App Store and Google Play purchases

If you bought in an app, Apple or Google is the one that charges you and decides about refunds and the legal withdrawal. Ask them: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google at play.google.com → Order history → Request a refund. Tell us if a plan you paid for in a store did not switch on, and we help you with that part.

Plans that are not paid

Free plans, redeem codes, invitations, trials without payment and plans granted by the Ink-It team are gifts; there is nothing to refund. A plan ending does not delete your data. Individual plans that were agreed with the team (for example a payment you were asked to send) are refunded as agreed there, and the withdrawal rules above apply to them as well.

Studio and artist plans, and sponsored placements

Artist and studio plans bought on the web follow the same rules. If you bought them for a business (not as a consumer), there is no legal right of withdrawal; the voluntary refunds above still apply. Paid placements (“Sponsored” or “Ink-It Partner” labels) are booked individually; what is agreed in the booking applies, and unused time that we cannot deliver is refunded in proportion.

Taxes and invoices

Prices include the VAT that applies where the checkout says so. Stripe sends you a receipt, and invoices can be requested or downloaded in “Manage billing”. If you buy as a business, enter your tax ID at checkout. A refund includes the tax that was charged on it.

How to ask

Write to support.lenfi@lenfi.uk from the email address of your account and tell us what you bought and when. We answer as quickly as we can, usually within a few working days.
